Used products offered here are units that have been installed and used in a coach. Most of these are trade-ins, where they customer decided to buy a more expensive unit and we offered a special credit for their existing unit. These units may have some cosmetic blemishes on the case, but we will clearly indicate any scratches or marks on the face of the unit. All Used units come with a 90-day warranty.

Refurbished products have never been sold to a retail customer before. Typically these are units that failed their initial quality checks at the coach builder, and have been returned and repaired by SilverLeaf. They are fully functional. They may have minor cosmetic blemishes on the case from handling, but are otherwise factory-perfect. All Refurbished units come with a 1-year warranty, like our new units.
